What we collect
When you reserve a lamp we collect your name, phone number, email address and delivery address, along with the lamps you have selected and any notes you send us.
Why we collect it
We use your details only to confirm your reservation, agree colours and finishes with you, arrange payment, print and deliver your lamp, and keep you updated on its progress.
Who sees it
Your details stay inside the studio. We share them only with the courier delivering your order and the payment provider processing your payment. We never sell or rent your information, and we do not send marketing unless you ask us to.
How long we keep it
We keep order records for as long as we need them for warranty, accounting and legal purposes. You can ask us to correct or delete your details at any time.
Your choices
Email hello@bunk.studio to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you. We will respond within a reasonable time.
Cookies
This site stores your cart in your own browser so your selection is still there when you come back. It is not used to track you across other websites.
